Laura Cravens has been in the fire alarm and clean agent suppression industry since 1996. She earned a NICET Level III certification in Fire Protection Engineering Technology — Fire Alarm Systems and has extensive experience in sales, design, project management and service.

Laura is a motivated, customer oriented, personable business professional with fire alarm and clean agent protection experience in multiple facets of the field. She is known for being diplomatic and tactful with professionals and nonprofessionals at all levels. Laura has demonstrated a long history of producing accurate engineered drawings, successful project management of multiple levels of construction projects with both contractors and owners. She is flexible and versatile – able to maintain a sense of humor under pressure, able to thrive in deadline-driven environments and possesses excellent team-building skills.

Cindy Gier is a licensed fire protection engineer with 25-plus years of combined experience through the design, inspection and review of fire alarm and fire suppression systems. She provides system analysis, layout of devices and specifications for fire alarm/voice communication and mass notification systems. Cindy also owns CMG Fire Protection Engineering, Inc., a code and life safety consulting and fire protection engineering design firm. She is a Certified Master Electrician, a certified Building Official and a Master Code Professional.

Brian Gier is a licensed fire protection engineer and a fire alarm technician. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from KU. He worked in the industrial pump industry for 2 years and has been with Soteria Fire for 2 years. Brian is involved in design, system testing, project management and fire alarm panel programming.

Soteria represents and installs fire alarm control panels and equipment by AutoCall by Johnson Controls, Fire Lite and Silent Knight by Honeywell and Potter Signaling Systems. We sell NOVEC 1230 SEVO fire extinguishing systems.
